How can I get an update on the status of my order?

There are a few ways to get a status update. The fastest way is sending a text message to 951-391-2262 which goes directly to our order manager. You can also send us an email at letsgrubonline@gmail.com

I called the restaurant and they don't have my order?

Please contact us if you have any questions or issues with your order. Our restaurants will not be able to assist you as we handle everything through our service. We are here to help you!

When can I order food?

We are open 7 days a week 10am-2am. You may order food between these times. Depending on what is open.

What if I want food from a restaurant not listed on your website?

let us know which restaurant if its in Hemet and open we can deliver it

What is the minimum order?

When ordering delivery you'll need at least $10 worth of food in your order.

​

 

What if I need eating utensils?

Generally we do our best to have restaurants include utensils, extra sauce, and napkins. However, if you are in need of any of these please let us know and we will make sure they are included.

What if my order is not to my satisfaction?

What if I want to pay with cash?

At this time we do not accept cash, , Credit or Debit cards at checkout.

Can I order from two different restaurants?

Yes, simply place two separate orders within 15 minutes of each other and we will make sure they are

delivered at the same time.
